By accessing and using Dart Consulting's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Dart Consulting provides Revenue Operations (RevOps) consulting services, including but not limited to CRM optimization, process automation, team alignment, and revenue strategy development. All services are provided subject to the scope and terms agreed upon in individual service agreements.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and may result in suspension of services.
Dart Consulting maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and proprietary data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent from the client, except as required by law.
All intellectual property developed during the course of our engagement remains the property of Dart Consulting unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their existing systems and data.
Dart Consulting's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines.
